Dexter Yard
Working with the developer to create a brand and website as unique as the building. Complete brand exercise, website and signage package was created. Dexter Yard refers to the public amenity recreation space they’ve built as a feature of the building.
Design completed while at Dapper.
In addition to the branding and website, a complete signage package was designed for the two towers, including monument, wayfinding and code signage. Coordinating with a sign company for production, permitting and fabrication.
